With Teamwork and Planning the Ellsworth Multi Cultural Awarness Association (MCAA) participates in the Annual South Dakota School of Mines Cultural Expo. Spearheading the MCAA participation is Staff Sergent Rhodello Nuval as the Chairman of the MCAA Expo Committee.
With assistance from Mr Bell at the Ellsworth Equal Opertunity organization and Technical Sergent Nagy, the Expo Committee got the word out to Ellsworth Airmen to help participate and volunteer for this cultural event.
I also want to specially thank Ellsworth EOD and Mr. Russell Leatherman from Security Forces for contributing their specialty gadgets for the cultural event.

This annual event gives the Ellsworth community to interact with the local Rapid City and surrounding community on a casual level which shows the cultural diversity of our unique military community.
As always, on the weekday (Thursday) of this event, the expo is open to the local elementary schools and allows the local children a glips of cultural diversity. With over 260 children this year (2009) that attended, the Ellsworth Camoflage Face Paining was a Hit with the kids along with seeing the Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) team show the functionality of their Bomb Bot and Bomb Suite.
