Ingredients:
One(1) pound Chicken quarters or Pork tenderloin
One(1) cup water
One(1) cup distilled vinigar
Half(1/2) cup soy sauce
One(1) Garlic clove pealed and crushed
Half(1/2) teaspoon ground black pepper
Two(2) Bay Leaves
Two(2) tablespoon cooking oil or olive oil

Put all the ingredients except the soy sauce and oil in a casserole
Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes
Put in the soy sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes
Remove the meat from the casserole to a plate
|
|
Remove the sauce to a separate bowl
Put the oil in the casserole and brown the meat
Start Plating for display and service but without the sauce
Return the sauce back in the casserole
Simmer until sauce thicken
Drizzle with a spoon the sauce on the Chicken or Pork for service
