Ingredients:
One(1) pound Beef Loin thinly sliced
One(1) whole garlic clove
Three quarter(3/4) cup distilled vinigar
One fourth(1/4) cup sugar
One(1) tablespoon salt
One(1) tablespoon ground black pepper
Half(1/2) teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar

Mix all the ingredients together
Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours
Spread the pieces of meat in a tray
Dry in the sun for at least a day
|
|
Take a fry pan with about a tablespoon of olive oil
Set to medium heat and fry meat
Make sure meat cooks evenly in pan
Serve with Garlic Rice and fried egg
